M40 is the most mature product in the NANOVO line. After many years of catching up with details, communication with clients, and constant efforts to improve, we have just reached the M40. Our ecological modular building has been designed concerning the maximum usability of the interior with a sufficient amount of storage space, at the same time without losing the feeling of spaciousness. Thanks to the generous windows, you have a feeling of direct contact with the surrounding environment - with a beautiful garden, a secluded forest, or a boat at your pier. The M40 is designed for single minimalists, whether for long-term living or weekend escapes
Housing in a few hours
All M40 modules are born under the hands of skilled craftsmen in our production hall and the finished product comes to your dream plot. You can live literally in a day - to create the composition of the module and its connection to the network in more than a few hours.
The construction time of our modules is significantly shorter compared to conventional buildings due to the omission of wet processes. In addition to the speed itself, its ecology is also an advantage.
EXTERIOR
Our inspiration is contemporary Nordic architecture - its harmony with nature, functionality, and practicality. We try to incorporate these criteria into our buildings as well, and so a combination of wooden cladding and folded sheet metal was created, which offers various possibilities of the variability of the external facade.
INTERIOR
The interior provides 40 m2 to the details of thoughtful space. The module is divided into a bedroom, living room with kitchen and dining room, bathroom, and entrance hall. Large windows evoking a feeling of continuity with the outdoor scenery are standard in our country.
We know that each person has their own needs, and therefore we can tailor the interior space, according to individual requirements.
FACADE
Many years of experience with different types of facades have shown us that the combination of thermal wood and sheet metal is the most ideal. Thermo wood gives the building a pleasant, natural look, and thanks to its treatment it has excellent properties resistant to rot, insects, and microorganisms, which makes it an ideal wood for outdoor use. The sheet metal provides various color options and, thanks to its properties, is maintenance-free. This harmonious pair of materials offer different combinations of facades, so we have prepared a few examples for you.
